- Depart Airport and turn right onto Argule Road
- Turn left onto Klaserie Rd/R40
- Turn left onto R531 towards Orpen Gate Road
- Drive 12.5 km and turn left at Siviti sign / Avoca gate
- Enter the control gate and immediately turn left at The River Lodge Gate
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto R538
- Turn left to stay on R538
- Turn right to stay on R538
- Turn right
- Turn left onto R538
- At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto R40
- Turn left to stay on R40
- Turn right onto the R531, towards Orpen Gate
- Drive 12.5 km and turn left at The River Lodge/ Avoca / Ilkley sign
- Enter the control gate and immediately turn left at The River Lodge Gate
